Mark’s clients appreciate his approachable nature and adaptability. Mark’s warm personality, keen mind and extensive property management experience are an asset to his owner clients helping them operate a single rental property or an entire portfolio while keeping tenants comfortable and content. Mark has been in the property management realm since 2006 in both leasing and maintenance management. Prior to property management, Mark worked in direct sales and construction projects. Having managed well more than 2000 properties over time, he has developed an in-depth knowledge of all the components in running a home. His attention to detail, range of practical knowledge and friendly manner instantly puts clients at ease and gets the job done.

Mark is born and raised in Calgary. When he’s not helping clients save money and time, Mark values time with his family. For Mark, it is all about family, loyalty and authenticity. Mark finds the time to fuel his passion for living a balanced life by spending quality time with his family, and testing new recipes and visiting the near by mountains with particular interest in the many breathtaking waterfalls in the Rockies, whenever possible.
