KERRI BEATTY

Kerri was born and raised in Calgary and loves her city! Kerri grew up in a real estate environment as her father renovated and ‘flipped’ homes as a career. Helping her father early on piqued her interest at a very young age in the real estate realm. Since then, she has been a renter in three cities including Calgary, Kelowna and Vancouver, and now is a homeowner. Kerri has experience in condominium management and is well versed on the operations of a multi-unit building filled with owners and tenant and concierge services to support these clients. That combined, Kerri understands the needs of the renters and owners, and the importance of choosing the right property management company. At Citysearch, she applies her acquired knowledge and caring nature to provide extraordinary experiences for Citysearch’s clients. Kerri works with the Leasing and New Business team and is actively involved in onboarding new owners and tenants to Citysearch. In addition, Kerri is Citysearch’s ‘condominium’ expert and with the vast number of condominiums under management, she is a valuable asset.

Kerri’s previous experiences has taught her the value of providing a great delivery of service from quality to building relationships and trust, and having fun along the way.
