Alberta Gov't gives up $1.5 Billion in royalties. The Stelmach government's royalty rollback continued Thursday with a series of new oil and gas incentive programs designed to spur activity, but which are expected to cost the treasury $1.5 Billion in uncollected royalties over three years.
